I can’t believe it’s finally here: our first 60 minutes of chill, ease and comfort together! This is an invitation for you to create a nurturing routine through the colder days of the year.
Here is everything you’ll need to know about the class:
starting October 12th, 7pm CET - every Wednesday
Online Yoga class via Zoom
a gentle flow transitioning from dynamics to soft stretches and stillness
come as you are, comfortable clothing recommended
nice to have: an extra blanket, yoga blocks or a thick book to use as scaffolding, an extra pillow or bolster
This is a donation-based class. donations via PayPal family&friends to ramonapolitz@yahoo.de
To tune in, setting up a quiet space that will allow undistracted relaxation a few minutes before we start is recommended. This is a journey of the senses. Make yourself feel safe: light a candle, dim the lights, diffuse your favorite scent, have a cup of tea…anything goes. This is your practice.
I will be online 10 minutes prior to our shared time, so if you have any questions or uncertainties you’d like to clear up (e.g. injuries), feel free to plunge in a little early.
